    On the subject of learning something new...AU is an abbreviation, not an acronym.

    I didn't say AU was an acronym but a reply about leaning. You were
    chiding others for not knowing something that you had learned long ago.
    My reference was to let you know that there are some things that you do
    not know - and AU is probably one of them.

    I don't disagree with your point. Just your logic is a little weak. No very weak. You are saying this: "You think you know everything about CAD but you don't because you don't know what AU stands for." What does AU have to do with this thread or CAD knowledge in general?? And aren't you the one who chided the entire profession of architects in another thread? Again, I don't disagree with you, we all have something to learn.

    I have another question. Is there a way where I can draw just a circle and fill that circle in. Basically can I turn a wire drawing into a solid?

    I could not find the original thread but REGION command will create
    a surface from a circle or other similar closed object. This would be like
    a solid hatch. But it is actually a 3D surface.
