Command to Undo Last Layer command?

    Is there any way to create a command to undo only the last layer command even if other drawing commands have been executed? I am almost positive I have seen this in an office I have worked in, but I haven't been able to find anything on it. I thought in that office it was part of the Express Tools, but I can't find anything. I REALLY wish Autodesk would give a separate layer undo and redo like MicroStation has.
