I've made a plot button to -plot using the command line and it doesn't work.
(may have something to do with why my publish isn't working).
If I go into the plot dialog box and change page setup to <none> the button
works but if I use a page setup name nothing gets printed but it prints from
    the dialog box.

    This doesn't work:

    Detailed plot configuration? [Yes/No] <No>:
    Enter a layout name or [?] <Cover>:
    Enter a page setup name <Xerox 11x17 Mono>:
Enter an output device name or [?] <Xerox WorkCentre Pro 32 C PS.pc3>:
Write the plot to a file [Yes/No] <N>:
Save changes to page setup [Yes/No]? <N>
    Proceed with plot [Yes/No] <Y>:

I was able to correct the problem by rebuilding my page setup for the Xerox
11x17 Mono and saving it again. It also fixed some of my Publish problems.
