Colour table editor?

    I want to be able to edit color tables by taking the top row of one table
    (colors 0 to 15) and pasting them over the top row of colors in another. I
    would like to be able to automate this with a macro, but that is not really
    critical. Can anyone point me to a utility that does such a thing?
