Color Dialog in vb

How to show the color dialog similar to
Acad_colordlg function in autolisp.

But the program didnt worked for me.
I am using Acad2000 and it reports me an error
acad.exe not found.

Also i am not able to access the acadx.com site.
Is there any other alternate way to get the acadX.arx file.

WARNING... this is a DLL file coming from an anonymous user somewhere in
Russia. I wouldn't use it if I were you. If he only spent 2.5 hours
creating it, maybe he'd be kind enough to send you the source code for the
DLL so you could compile it yourself?
