CMONDLL.DLL

    HELP!!!!!

    I have been running Autocad 2002 under windows 98 SE.
    Now everytime I try to use Acad, i get the message "CMONDLL.DLL not found"
    I have searched my 'puter, my cd, windows cd and the internet, but nowhere
    can i find any info on this file or this fault
    I have tried reinstalling both Autocad and windows without sucess
