CIW banner labels are missing

    Hi everybody,
    I am using IC6.1 version of virtuoso. While opening the
    tool , in CIW window , the banner labels file, Tools, etc are
    missing . This causing serious problem to open library manager window,
    to open a design.

    Have you looked at the CDS.log file to see if it contains any errors
    or warnings? It sounds like your Cadence hierarchy is not complete or
    not setup correctly.
