Chip Harper.... Question about Multiple tool Pallets 4

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Albert Giuliano, Mar 21, 2005.

  1. I did search on all the NGs and came up nil. I set up the Multiple
Toolpallets on my comp, using ADT 2005 on Winxp.

They work great, but I don't now If I caused this or if something needs to
modified. If I set the view options to display for example: small Icons,
with No text. and Tell it to apply to All Palettes. If I switch Pallets the
View Resets, is it me, is something "read only" that shouldn't be or do I
need to modify some code? Any help would be appreciated

    Albert,

I created Multiple Palettes for AutoCAD 2004 right after it was released.
Later the Tool Palette extension was released and was incorporated in the
2005 release. I would recommend that you drop Multiple palettes and use the
    'Groups' feature built into ADT2005. It's a more powerful option. I don't
have access to ADT so I have never recommended the use of Multiple Palettes
    with this application.
