Changing plot paper sizes

    I plot my Autocad 2004 drawings on a JD000E electrostatic plotter. I want to define a bigger paper size than those available in the plot dialog box. In older versions of Autocad you used to be able to define custom sizes right in the plot dialog box. Now, when I follow instructions in "Help" I don't find the "plotter configuration I want to modify" under plotter manager. I don't know where this plotter configuration is. My question...how do I customize a plotted paper size? Thanks for any help.
