Changing or Modifying Blocks

    I am working with someone who doesn't know how to WBLOCK objects. When
    I WBLOCK an object or objects I put everything on Layer "0" and color
    "By Layer", so that when I insert the block I can manipulate the block
    to what ever Layer/color I need. Question is "Can I change the
    properties of this other guy's blocks(Lines,text) so that they are on
    Layer "0" and by Layer with out having to re create these blocks?"
