changing Microstation to Autocad

    Can you help me in guiding me on how to change the micorstation files
    (*.dgn) (most probably the 7 one) to autocad files(*.dwg or *.dxf) ...

    I only have the files but I dont have a microstation.

    I was not able to open those files in AutoCAD 2006 or AutoCAD2007.

    Any suggestions.
