In a month or so our office will divide the engineering and sales staff. We then will have seperate printers to print to. I can see it coming, one of the sales folks will open and print a drawing, then a few days later I will open the same drawing and print it to the wrong place.
Does any one have a routine that some how will update the drawing to the needed printer for that station, user etc.?
Is it possible to have a key board command to activate this?

Thanks for any help that you can offer!!!

You may want to have a seperate folder for Sales.
    I.E.
    J:\\DRAWINGS\\SALES
    J:\\DRAWINGS\\PRODUCTION
where, sales *.dwg are for sales to play with, and
production *.dwg are for cad staff.
Set up a Windows Schedule to copy *.dwg (beginning of shift).
