    I use AutoCAD 2005 monochrome.ctb is from 09.03.1999
    If I change the plot style table option to monochrome.ctb
    with the vba command

    ThisDrawing.ActiveLayout.StyleSheet = Preferences.Files.PrinterStyleSheetPath & "\monochrome.ctb"

    After that I get always a greyscale plot. This is different to a change in the AutoCAD plot dialog box
    Does somebody has a solution for this problem.

    You may have a better chance of getting an answer for this over in the Visual Basic Customization group.
