Change Blocks & Attributes to bylayer

    I know I have seen this on here before..but does somebody have a routine
    that will allow me to set all selected blocks and/or attributes to bylayer.
    I have the ability to do it 1 at a time but that gets quite time consuming..
    I did a search and don't see the posts anymore so if somebody could send it
    or repost it that would be great..I am working on 2002 so the newer express
    tools don't apply..

    That changes it to "byblock" I want "bylayer"...I have a copy of that 1
    already..

    You could edit the code.....
