change attribut of a block with DELPHI

    Sorry for my english (french user !)

    I try to replace the attribut tagname in blockname Cart
    the initial value is A for example and i want to replace
    A by B.
    In a DELPHI existing program !

    I want some help, i don't know DELPHI !
