ccar, using the, circuit class m1 (length 850 800 (type actual))

    Hi All, need help on this one, plus the prefer_layer, in short I need
    to
    route the class nets which need to meet both layer and length
    constraints,I did try to list both length and prefer_layer with the
    circuit class but the results just take the prefer_layer, any
    suggesions thanks
