Can't print to DesignJet printers

    I have a DJ500 and a DJ5500ps. I was able to plot to both from AutoCAD on my old system (WindowsME). Now I just got a new system running Windows 2000Pro. I installed ACAD2000 and now I can't print to either of these devices. I get an error message saying:
    AutoCAD Error
    Memory Allocation Error

    Then that printer disappears from my list in ACAD.

    If I try to add a Plotter using the Plotter Wizard, I get this error:

    Runtime Error!
    Program: C:\Program Files\ACAD2000\addplwiz.exe
    abnormal program termination

    Anyone know what's going on? Do I need a .pc3 or Heidi driver? I used to just print using the printers as system printers but now that's not working.
