Can't Plot screened lines unless lineweight is set at .500 mm or greater

    Sorry for the repost but I'm still looking for some solutions.
    Dean thanks for information, but I'm wondering if there are any other ideas.

    I am trying to plot screened lines to our Xerox 510db plotter and am not having any luck. I can only get it to plot screened if I set the lineweight to above .500 mm. At my previous employer I could plot screened lines with a value as little as .004mm. Has anybody run into this problem before? Does anybody know of a fix for this?
