In ACAD 2000i there was a button to delete page setups. There is no button
in 2005, how do you delete them?

In the Page setup manager - where you see the list of page setups... select
the page setup and right click...

    Thanks,

Its too bad they took it from the Print Dialog box. Now its an extra step.

Let me put my vote in that this is an often used item then.

In the same vein, what's the point of the stupid hide thing on the print
dialogue box? Obviously everything fits on one extended box, so why have
the option to hide it? All those things that can be hidden are essential to
printing. It is very strange and unnecessarily complex. I prefer cluttered
to complex. Does anybody here keep the extra print option hidden?
