High everyone, an obvious newbie here.
My problem is that recently I upgraded my system to WIn XP Pro
and loaded up AutoCAD 2000 which runs very well , apart from the
problem that I cant print A2 paper size . originally I was using
    a BJ330 but have just acquired a BJ5500 .
I can print all paper sizes except A2 , no matter what I do and
setting I change to A2 I can only get part prints or a message
that tells me AutoCAD cant find the printer.
This is making me bald and frustrated, the only way I can print
A2 is to use my old system running Me and network it to the new
system then print from there. Both printers where/are local to
the new system running XP .
Does anyone know if this printing problem is an issue with XP and
Acad 2000 , if so does anyone have a fix for it .
I have chased Canon and Dell and Microsoft welllll dont even ask
    ..

    Please hellllppppp.

Thanks Dean I will give that a shot on Monday when I get back
    into the office
Yes I can print from note pad to A3 size.
Canon asked the same question and then threw their hands in the
    air and replied 'I don't"

    Thanks again everyone.
