Cannot run Solidworks, please help

    Hi, when I run the Solidwork 2005, there is a message show as follow:
    1. "This version of SolidWorks has not been commissioned properly,
    please contact your supplier"
    2. "Error signature
    AppName:sldworks.exe AppVer:13.0.0.1009 ModName:sldappu.dll
    ModVer:13.0.0.1009 Offset:0019caff"
    3. "The instruction at "0x7343d59c" referenced memory at "0x0f96fa4c".
    The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program"
    And it will exit to windows. Please help.

    Call the legal vendor you bought it from for support .... LOL ....
