Our customer have exported license from source computer to target computer
    (for home work ).
This was done a few times in the past, all works OK.

But now, there is no possible to export from target computer back. No error
    displayed,
no error message - just after clicking "Transfer license" button in "Export
    license dialog" nothing
happened. What is interesting, that whole group "Export type" is completely
    disabled.
The license description on target computer is without errors or warnings,
    permanent.

Additional informations are, that the target computer have some problem with
    OS
and it was reinstalled with bad computer NAME, but it was changed again to
    original.
It is strange, but licese work OK (after few unsuccesfull imports) and only
    CANNOT
    be exported back ...

Any help how to get license back to source computer ?

    Thanks,

Thank you for the clear description! Many people who post to this group
don't say which product and release they're using, and you can't tell from
the group name! Also, you mention the name of the dialog and the button
that you click when you get the error. This makes it easy to help you the
    first time.

Sorry -- there is a bug in the Portable License Utility. If you have more
than one computer in your computer list, then when the "Export License"
dialog appears, it doesn't know which computer to select. This is why the
"Export type" group is disabled: your choices for Export Type depend on
which PC you are exporting to. WARNING: The "Transfer license" button is
still active in this case. If you click this button, it will probably
export the license to the last PC you exported to!

Try selecting one of the computers in the list. Does this enable "Export
    type"?
