Cam mate

    SW2003, I'm trying to cam mate a wheel to a track like a roller coaster. I
    can get it to work on a flat track (2D) but can't get it to work on a 3D
    track. Anybody done that before?

    You should be able to do this by using in spline in your sketch. I've
    mated a pin to a curved slot but had to use the spline function. Was
    this what you're after?

    Mike Wilson directed me toward a spline and I think that's the clue. It
    produces a face that is all one entity. I'll work on it more when I get a
    chance.
