cad overlay menu load

    I have network licensed CAD 2000i and Cad overlay running on 2000 and XP machines. I have a limited number of Cad overlay licenses and have been running into some problems with my image menu for CAD overlay if they use it at all and don't exit or close out of ACAD they use up a license and after a bit I have to hunt them down. Now what Id like to do is make it not available for use through auto cad and only available through the CAD overlay desk top short cut. Is there a Lisp or other option.Or do I say just deal with it. Sorry for the spelling.
