Wayne (et al), The 2004 version of the All-Texas conference was a success. I won't use any adjectives in front of success because we can always do better. We ended up with 20 exhibitors, a little over 100 attendees, and plenty of good folks from SolidWorks and SolidWorks resellers. Special thanks to Ed Eaton for traveling to Austin and opening some eyes to surfacing. I heard plenty of good reviews on his sessions. We also got to see (I say we but I didn't get to see anything - too busy) a preview of 2005 by Greg J., were treated to a little "history" of SolidWorks from Vic L., and the venue/food was great. The biggest problem we had all week was some VGA to DVI compatibility issues. Dang, that one bit me last year too - I should know better by now. One of the fine reseller reps from here in Texas made a quick trip to Fry's and we were back on. Sometime very soon, I will write a report to all of the user group leaders in the US. We'll also post some pictures on the CTSUG website late next week. If you are interested in getting your own conference or "combined" user group meeting, we've got plenty of information on how to do it. It's a lot of work, but very satisfying. Richard
