    Hi Again,

I have another question, Is there a way to make a little desciptive flyout
in DCL dialogs. You know when you hold your mouse over a button in AutoCAD
a little yellow box pops up by you cursor with the button's name in it. I
need to do that same sort of thing in a dialog box. I was just wondering
    how that could be done...

    Thanks

Not a easy chore that I know of, one of the reason I switched over to VBA
    and forms.

    Are you familiar with ObjectDCL?
I haven't used it but if you're looking at dcl you may want to check it out
Don't know if it has tool tips but the site should tell you....
    have fun

Never say it can't be done.............
It may take creating some off the wall win com, activeX,c#,arx, dos, screen
capture function running in qbasic or what ever but it could possibly be
done. It's way over my head other than using ObjectDCL .

    Scott;

Check out ObjectDCL from 3rd Day software. I use it for all my LISP based
interface work. You will find that you will have quite a bit more flexabity
than standard DCL and it has quite a few legs up on the VBA form editor.
