black speck on drawing area

    can someone help me with this problem there is a small black square less than a 1/16 of an inch that i can not erase i tried everything i know i can not grip it anyone have this problem

    i had someone at school who got rid of it on 2004 program
    at school but it will not erase on my home 2005 acad student version im running xp home edition

    my layers are unlocked when we erased it at school we went into layout 1 and erased it there but i could not do it at home i also noticed that it was asociated with my object layer because i could turn off layer and it went away

    I have had similar experiences with seemingly undeletable objects in
    drawings and have generally found them to be OLE objects. Try checking your
    OLEFRAME setting. If it is at 0, you can't delete the object, if it is at 1
    or 2, you can delete the object. If this doesn't work, try IMAGEFRAME and
    set it to ON.
