Bizarre acaddoc.lsp loading

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by terencechatfielduk, Jan 23, 2004.

  1. In my customised setup for ADT2004, I have my acaddoc.lsp file in a custom folder, that should be found by the search paths (the location is at the top), and an acad.lsp file that is in the installation folder. While it should load up acaddoc each time I start ADT2004, it only starts it every second time, which makes no sense. I've checked that acad.lsp loads from the same place each time, but even when I put acaddoc.lsp in the installation folder it still only loads every second time. The only answer I have found is to have acaddoc.lsp in both my custom and ADT installation folder at the same time, even though it only loads the custom folder version, which makes no sense. If I then delete it from the ADT folder goes back to only loading every second time.
    Any suggestions?

  2. What happens if you move the Acad.lsp file to the custom folder instead of
    the app folder?
