Bentley Architecture book avail?

    Is there a book or other reasonably priced way to learn this add-on?
    The quickstart guide appears to be no longer avail. on the Bentley
    Select downloads page. 5K for four days for a small firm seems like a
    bunch of money. They are recommending 8 days for 10K, which IS alot of
    money.
