Have a friend who's looking for a basic CAD program. He's mainly
looking to do simple floor plans and designing simple products.

The user is a mid-level computer users, so would like a program that is
    fairly intuitive to use.

    Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

My b-i-l was showing me some stuff using SketchUp from Google. Looked pretty
    useful.
