backup toolbox and standard library

    before I upgrade solidworks from 2005 to 2006. I backup a folder
    (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solidworks Data). and upgrade it.
    it showed status about upgrade toolbox data. after finish I replace
    that folder.
    Is it right way for keep some config in toolbox part that I used?
