AXDB15.dll on WIN98

    I'm getting trouble after registering the dll AXDB15.dll on machines running Windows 98.

    Upon completing registering I got : This program has performed illegal operation ...... debug ..... etc.,

    The same file got registered on machines running Windows 2k and Windows NT without any problem.

    What's wrong with Win98?
