autocad to microstation

How to convert autocad drawing to microstation drawing format and vice
versa? We currently do not have any Microstation software. Our client
insists on Microstation and we will appreciate any lights shed on this
matter. Thank you.

Autodesk Map will do it, though apparently not as nicely as MicroStation.

The free BentleyView will view and print both types, but not edit.

No cheap solution that I've ever heard of.

If your client works with MicroStation V8 (the current version since over 1
year) then there is no need to convert because MicroStation can work
directly on the DWG format (and your client just has to save your DWG-file
as DGN). If he does work with pre-V8 then you can only convert by using
MicroStation yourself.
