AutoCad to Microstation working units conversion

    Is there some way to automatically change the working units and scale
    a file when translating from AutoCad to Microstation V7 or V8. Our
    working units are set at 12 8000. We usually get files from outside
    consultants that once translated to Microstation, have the working
    units set at 12 254. This results in drawings that need to be scaled
    by approximately 31.5 to match our drawings.
