Hi All - I want to convert a dwg to acrobat or image so other people can view without using autocad. We don't have Acrobat Distiller, or Writer in house (they don't want to spent just $300 for this! I don't know what they are thinking!) My question is there are any other ways to covert a dwgs to images like tif file. I tried Dwf file, but it doesn't look good with contours, and shaped area. Any suggestion is appreciated. Dennis.

    Check out either:

    http://www.pdf995.com

    or

    http://www.acrosoftware.com/Products/CutePDF/Printer.asp

They both basically work like having another printer. I personally like CutePDF, PDF995's one downfall is that it has those annoying advertising banners.
