    Hi all

We have been using a Designjet 800 for some time and recently invested in
Oce TDS 400 copy and scan system.
Whenever stuff like this happens I tend to look at operating issues,
    potential improvements etc.
    My question is:
Are there any advantages to using Autocad drivers over the Windows printer
    drivers?
We are currently running Acad2000i on WinNT, but will probably upgrades soon
    to Acad2005 and WinXP Pro.

    Thanks for comments

    Autocad uses the windows drivers.
The only diffrence between autocad and windows is that in autocad you are
able to define either a CTB or PC3 file to plot with.
More control how it comes out.
    Thats it.

Quality and control are both improved. Some plots are significantly better quality. Get the latest Océ drivers from their website.
