We own 12 varying licenses of AutoCAD from 2000, 2000i and 2004, The directors are retiring and the company is to be sold off into various units.

I am responsible for all IT redistribution of Hardware and software. What do I need to do as far as re-registering these licenses goes under the new company names depending on how the new owners buy the company.

Do we need some form of written agreement from the old company before the directors head off to sunny Florida.
