    Job Title: AutoCad Design Engineer - Aerospace 2D and 3D Work

    Rate = $40-50 Hr DOE
    Location = Seattle Area

    Autocad is primary tool used for design.

    Develops basic design concepts used in design, development and
    production of aircraft interiors,products and systems. Requires 2-4
    years of experience in the field or in a related specialty or
    sub-specialty area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts,
    practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to
    plan and accomplish goals. Performs a limited number of tasks. Works
    under general supervision; typically reports to a designer or engineer.
    A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Other duties as may be assigned

    Drafting of aircraft interiors and related hardware or systems.
    Assists in activities concerned with investigating and resolving
    customer's reports of technical problems with aircraft. Confers with
    other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as
    directed.May do research and development to improve production methods,
    parts, and equipment technology and reduce costs.Uses computer-assisted
    engineering software and equipment.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

    Education and/or Experience

    Two to four years related experience and/or training; proficient in
    computer aided design tools,AutoCad preferred.


    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to apply basic mathematical operations and geometry functions.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
    valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
    technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with
    several abstract and concrete variables.

    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working
    knowledge of Design software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software
    and Word Processing software.

    Other Qualifications: Ability to travel intermittently for up to one
    week at a time.

    look for the progecad program . It's intellicad less the lisp.
