AutoCAD drawing viewing and printing

    what programs are available that allow only viewing and printing of AutoCAD
    ..dwg files? And, what programs are available that also allow cutting and
    pasting of details from .dwg to .dwg?

    VoloView allows viewing and printing of Autocad drawings. I believe there is a free lite version but one version is available for 49.00 US at AutoDesk.com.

    You can also convert an Autocad dwg to a postscript file and then view and print with Adobe acrobat reader. (I think you will need an intermediary program called Ghostscript to do it that way though-available free online).

    You can easily cut and paste a detail from between two Autocad drawings just using the Edit command within Autocad, then cut or copy from within the first drawing...then go into the second dwg and Edit-paste.
