I've been trying to plot thru network to our DesignJet plotter. Seems like when I hit plot, AutoCAD crashes everytime. It worked at one time, this just came up today. I can print to other printers. But using different plot setups, configs. files etc. keep crashing trying to print to plotter. The Error Message:

Fatal error : Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0014 Exception at 7800fd73h

Where do I go from here? Thanks Dave

    Thanks Dean

We've change servers and I found out that the pc3 files are still pointing to the old server, causeing the crashes. We put the old server back online until we can figure out how to edit the pc3 files. I go into Control Panel, Plotter manager to try to edit the pc3 files. I get the message "<file>.pc3 is not a valid Windows NT application"

How can I edit a pc3 file to change setting for the network server? Thanks Dave
