    Hi!
    Programm Autocad2000
    OS Win XP Prof
    Plotter HP 1050 PLUS

Problem. I have changed my old win 98 with the new xp prof (i changed
the computers), but i want to use again my AutoCad 2000.

I have a good job with my HP 1050c and AutoCad, always without color
problems. When i changed Win 98 with xp, i have seen that the colors
    are changed.
I have printed the autocad color table, and i have seen that the
yellow (pen 2)is not printed with the correct yellow from the yellow
ink cartridge, but is mixed (i thik with cyan)
Of course are the other colors simply uncorrect printed.
This situatuin is out the control from settings int the windows
driver, and i can't make better.
Can yoy help me to printing yellow with the simply yellow?

  2. Hi Giorgio,

    <SNIP>

I have had similar problems printing to the HP500 plotter. I did find a
suggestion in this NG to download the Acad2k printing patch. Having done
that, I have managed to install one of the "Windows system printers" and I
can at last get some decent output from the PC running Windows XP now (I had
been transferring the files to another running Win98 where the plot setup
    worked).

Anyway, try this (watch out for word wrap - the URL is quite long

    Good luck,
