Autocad 2000 Mechanical and Windows XP

    Hello group,

    I want to install AutoCAD Mechanical 2000 on a new Windows XP machine.
    Bij the setup I get the message that this computer has a unknown OS.

    Is there any way to resolve this problem?

    Use XP's Compatibility Mode. Right click on the install executable, select
    Properties, then the Compatibility tab and follow the prompts. Windows HELP
    has more details if you need them.
