Auto snap to point by hovering instead of left click?

    Is there a lisp routine or command that will allow a point to be
    snapped to by simply hovering over it, without having to hit the
    left-click button on the mouse? I want to be able to quickly move the
    mouse over a series of points and have them picked automatically
    without having to "click" on every one of them. Can this be done?
