I am working on architectural drawings for school projects and seem to consistantly get errors showing up in my drawings when I purge and audit them. I can not tell what triggers this to occur. The drawings start clean and after several weeks of working on them they are getting these errors. Here is a clipped screen shot of an audit run after a purge-all command on a typical floor plan sheet: AcDbPoint(694C4) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER AcDbPoint(694C5) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER AcDbPoint(694C6) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER AcDbPoint(6966A) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER AcDbPoint(6966B) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER AcDbPoint(6966C) Invalid layer Not opened $AUDIT-BAD-LAYER 799 Blocks audited Pass 1 206 objects audited Pass 2 206 objects audited Pass 3 7400 objects audited Total errors found 1516 fixed 1516 We have 12 stations running Acad 2000i on Win2000. The sheets are 1-2 meg floor plans that get xref'd in a variety of ways into plot sheets(100-200k) and then xclipped. Any thoughts? Thanks Zachary Kane Morris-Berg Architects
