Attribute Display Order

How do you control the order in which block attributes are ordered in the
edit attribute display dialog? (ADT2004)

I am trying to add a few new items to a window schedule block that I made
years ago and I am selecting the attributes in the order I want them to
display in the dialog box but the newly created attributes keep displaying
at the very end, not where I want them.

did you explode the previous block and reselect all atts in the correct
order, then remake the block?
I don't know if there's something squirreley about adt04 but that should
work.

Exactly. If I get a chance today I'll try and remake it using ADT3/ACAD2000
to see if the ordering works as expected.

Strange enough but the same thing happened in ACAD2000 even after purging
the block definition from the drawing before redefining it with the
attributes in the order I wanted.

Thanks for the tip on battman - I have never even heard of that before but
it did the trick.

There is a shareware program that does just that. Its simple and it worked
