Arrow heads

I want to draw a line and put a arrow head on it, any one know how?

The only way I know of is to insert a note that hase a straight leader and
text of only a space.

Multi Jog leader. You can't change the size of the arrow though if you
ned it larger, though putting it in a block and scaling that may help.
