area laber of a polyline

    I am in search of a lisp routine that will allow a user to pick an internal point of an enclosed area (similar to hatch) and will create a label (or a block with attribute) with the area of the polyline and automatically update when the polyline is streched.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
