apply a width to a circle or an ellipse

    This might be a dumb question but can anyone explain to me how to apply a
    width to a circle and an ellipse. For instance you can take any line or arc
    convert it to a pline and give it a width. How can I do that to a circle or
    ellipse.

    For ellipses, first change SV PELLIPSE to 1, this draws ellipses as POLYLINES.

    For circles use the DONUT command instead.
