I have hooks into AutoCAD that modifies a database while the user
creates and modifies drawings. I store keys on the AutoCAD shapes and
    all is fine.

Now I need an application that is read only,is cheap as possible and
easy to use. It needs to allow users to view drawings and bring up
database elements. I also need to be able to zoom in on drawing
shapes from code, for example I need to show the user shape with
Handle AE10 in the current window.

I would prefer to use the same dwg files in the viewer as in AutoCAD,
I already know the handles for the shapes I have data hooked to so it
would be great if I could reuse them in the viewer app.

What is the right tool for the job:
    Autodesk® Express Viewer
    Volo View Express
    Volo View
    AutoCAD OEM
    AutoCAD full
    Other?

    Thanks for the help,
    Warren
