API support

    Has anyone e-mailed the API support group, and how long did it take to
    get a response?

  2. Yes, many times, usually it takes less than 24h to get answer (this is
    for EU support, don't know other locations).

    API in the US for me has been slow. VAR's usually do not have good API
    support.

    You can also try the SolidWorks-API usenet group. I also subscribe to
    it.
    I found the responses to my inquiries very helpful and informative.

    I did eventually get a response. There is a SolidWorks-API "usenet"
    group? Can you please provide further info, as my usenet provider (and
    Google Groups) doesn't indicate it.
